Refund & Returns Policy

At MagicPexels, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and how to initiate a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return only if:
    • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Digital downloads or services.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us:

  2. Approval:
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Shipping:
    • Ship the product to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  4. Inspection:
    • After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • If the product was purchased using a gift card or discount code, refunds will only cover the amount paid.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
  • To request an exchange, follow the return process outlined above and specify your preference for an exchange.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, you will be offered a refund instead.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be allowed as the order may already be in processing or transit.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:
